Restore your iPhone(s). That will help. If the restore doesn't work the first time, do it a second time and it should work.

ReplyDeleteOpe Pangu, connect your phone, Pangu will automatically detect it. After it detects it click the black button. Pangu will then tell you to change the date, once you've changed the date, Pangu will automatically detect it and start working.

DeleteDO NOT use the software Pangu! I just installed on my computer and used it to install Cydia, which in all fairness seems to have worked just fine. I did however about 5 mins later get a suspicious sign-in request from a Chinese IP address. I suppose this could be just a coincidence, but i think probably not.

ReplyDeleteGuys the JailBreak works. You just need to be careful because when I installed activator it told me mobile substrate was not working. There are going to be issues because everything is not completely compatible. I downloaded winter board and it kept looping the boot up logo and fading away for like 10 minutes. I unplugged my phone from the wall and then plugged it back in and it moved past the looping. I can't say that it'll work for your device like it did mine. But after it t past the loop I went and uninstalled winter board. And I have a question. My screen won't pick up that I'm it a some point in times and completely messed my iPhone 4 up. My lock button is broken and I use Assistive touch and it'll work but nothing else will. I have SBPower Alerts on with the respring/reboot/SAFEMODE option on but cannot click them. Is there a tweak that will put a respring action in the Assistive touch? If so please notify me so when it happens again I can fix it. (If my lock button worked I would just restart the phone that way) thanks and I hope that whatever I said might help somebody!

ReplyDeleteIf you get the red text it's most likely because you didn't open the Pangu app on your phone as the computer was jailbreaking it. I thought you were supposed to open the app after it jailbreaks it, but your supposed to open the app WHILE it jailbreaks it.
As soon as the computer installs it on your phone, open it up, press continue on the app, and then let it do it's thing.

ReplyDeleteIt should be a simple fix:
DeleteReset the phone via the setting menu, Setting >General>Reset>Erase all contents and setting.
The phone will reboot, configure it via your icloud or itunes back and then re-run Pangu and you should be able to click the jailbreak button

I double clicked the home button, and clicked on the Pangu app again. The phone froze, and now just has a black screen. The only response I get from the phone now is the vibration when I plug it in. ReplyDeletePangu Jailbreak works fine, but it so scary to use, I use Pangu but then I restored my phone to original IOS, because they were using my username and what's really scary is when i finished restoring my phone it asked for apple id and password so I enter my Apple ID and Password but! it didn't and i try it for 30 times and it didn't really work but then i am the 1st owner of the phone, then I call AppleCare Tech Support and they were surprised in my case that my phone is locked in another and then before they unlock my phone I give them the proof that I owned it and never stole it, then i waited for 3 days till i use my phone again. ill never use Pangu jailbreak again.

DeleteIt doesn't work in my iphone 5S 7.1.2, got blue screen after reboot, though that It was because i have passcode, turned off and tried again, but after it, the app get closed automatically.

DeleteIm running windows 7 64-bit and it Works 100%.Along with following the guidelines I disabled my antivirus software (temporarily) and ran the program normally (not under administrator, that froze pangu for me first attempt.) Make sure to disable password protected screen lock and set screen timeout to 'never' (for now). When prompted to open pangu app on phone do it ASAP and you should be just fine. Iphone 5 running 7.1.2 now jailbroken.

ReplyDeleteI get an error message stating that the version of iOS (11D257) of the attached device is not supported. Any workaround to this? My device is a Sprint iPhone 4S, which is on iOS 7.1.2.

Did the jailbreak as noted above on my IPhone 5s 7.1.1. Wasn't sure if jailbreak was to be performed with the original carrier's sim card or without one at all or with a different carrier. After jailbreak was performed the jailbreak was confirmed. Once I inserted the new sim card from a different carrier (TelCel, Mexico's largest carrier) the phone rebooted. After reboot the following appeared.

The SIM card that you currently have installed in this IPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the IPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this IPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.
Doubting that the jailbreak had actually occurred I attempted to redo it but the Pangu initial dialog box noted that the device was already jailbroken.
