Live filters from Camera app – iPhone 5, iPod touch 5th gen
Swipe & Panorama Photos – iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch 5th gen
iTunes Radio – All iOS 7 devices will get iTunes Radio through the Music app
Not being able to upgrade to the newest IOS on old devices is not a bad thing. Not all the phones have the same capabilities and processing power to handle it. I think of it as a slug. A slug need a shell proportional to its body, until the next iphone 5s.

Download your ipsw or dmg file wether you have windows or mac.
Download the newest Itunes version if you haven't done it yet.
Restore your Phone with pressing SHIFT (on Windows
Then it takes a while.... make shure you set it up as a new phone (i tryed it to restore it and it failed.
